You enter at street level at the main floor of the house. Currently distributed in two bedrooms, sink and bathroom, dining room and kitchen, surrounded by a balcony throughout the facade. Overlooking garden and pool area. An internal staircase lead us to the ground floor, where we find a large living room, with windows and doors giving access to the garden and pool area. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom make this part of the house complete. The garden has several corners where you can enjoy the tranquility. The pool is of good size, with grass around, fenced in a natural way with tree plants and stone wall, offering maximum privacy.
We enter the house again and go up from the living room with a staircase to the first floor where we find an office-like space with a balcony, followed by a very large double bedroom with a bathroom with a bathtub and lots of light and space. If we climb the stairs again, we reach the top level, finding a double bedroom with bathroom. The views are 360º and the whole area of Llinars can be seen. On the left side of the house, going slightly down we find the garage where we have space to park two medium-sized cars.

- BARRIO: Llinars: The municipality of Llinás del Vallés extends from the southern buttresses of the Montseny massif to the Coastal mountain range. Dryland agriculture predominates over irrigation, located only on the banks of the Mogent stream. The forests are mostly Mediterranean (pines and holm oaks); although in the high levels of the Litoral mountain range there is also an abundance of oak and cork oaks. The first settlers of Llinars del Vallés date from prehistory, proof of this are the architectural remains, which are part of the artistic heritage of the town, which are still preserved from the Iberian settlement in Turó del Vent (wind hill) as Pedra dolmen Arca (2200 BC-1800 BC), a funerary monument that borders the neighboring municipality of Villalba Saserra. The Romans also made a stay in Llinars. It is a sample of the old Roman Way where today there is a street of the same name, which crossed the Vallés and allowed the arrival of cereal, vineyard and olive groves in the area. In this way Hannibal passed with his elephants on his frustrated trip to Rome during the Second Punic War. The name in the Roman era of the municipality was Praetorio, the name of Llinás appears for the first time in the year 919.
